Digital Services Act: point of contact
For the community quiz library and anything else people publish on KanaMastery, our single point of contact for users and for authorities (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Articles 11 and 12) is hi@jlj.pt. A person reads every message. We answer in English and Portuguese.
Anyone can tell us about content they think is illegal there, signed in or not: write to that address with where it is (the link), why you think it's illegal, your name and email, and a statement that you believe it in good faith. How we moderate is in the Terms.
Complaints and consumer disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most things are put right quickly.
Consumer dispute resolution: if you are a consumer and we can't agree, you can take the dispute to a consumer arbitration centre. For Braga and the surrounding area:
CIAB – Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo)
Rua D. Afonso Henriques, 1, 4700-030 Braga, Portugal
Elsewhere in Portugal: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). For disputes up to €5,000, Portuguese law lets you choose arbitration or mediation, and we take part. You can also go to the courts.
Consumers in other EU countries (and Iceland and Norway) can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country: European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
Complaints book (Livro de Reclamações): you can make a complaint in Portugal's electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Your rights as a consumer, including those of the country you live in, are explained in the Terms.
